Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and programme of works
- Ensure quality, budget, health & safety, and timelines are consistently met
- Coordinate with design, commercial, and client teams
- Chair site meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and drive project performance
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience managing residential apartment projects (from £5m-£15m+)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Able to deliver projects to programme and budget with a focus on quality
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred
