We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our client on a National Grid project.
Requirements:
- Valid National Grid Person ticket (essential)
- Previous experience working on civil engineering, utilities, or construction projects
- Good understanding of site health & safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to undertake a variety of site duties
Duties:
- Assist with general site operations and support trades and plant operators as required
- Carry out manual handling and labouring duties safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Follow site instructions, risk assessments, and safe systems of work
- Assist with material handling, site set-up, and other project-related tasks
- Adhere to all National Grid safety standards and company procedures
