We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Mobile Engineer to join a well-established building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial and residential sites. This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who is confident working independently across PPM, reactive maintenance, and fault finding.
The Role
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems
- Attend reactive callouts and fault finding across multiple sites
- Service and maintain plant including:
- Pumps
- Pressurisation units
- General mechanical building services equipment
- Complete all service reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within FM / Building Services
- Strong knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance
- Experience working on:
- Pumps & pressurisation units
- General plant room equipment
- Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
