We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Mobile Engineer to join a well-established building services provider, covering a portfolio of commercial and residential sites. This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who is confident working independently across PPM, reactive maintenance, and fault finding.

The Role

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems
  • Attend reactive callouts and fault finding across multiple sites
  • Service and maintain plant including:
    • Pumps
    • Pressurisation units
    • General mechanical building services equipment
  • Complete all service reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations
  • Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within FM / Building Services
  • Strong knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Experience working on:
    • Pumps & pressurisation units
    • General plant room equipment
  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites
