Location: London (Tower Hamlets) – covering London & Essex
Duration: Ongoing work – 3 months+
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 3:00pm
We are currently recruiting for experienced Fire Door Maintenance & Repair Operatives, as well as Labourers, for ongoing works based in Tower Hamlets, with coverage across London and Essex.
Rates:
- Fire Door Maintenance Operative: £220 per day
- Labourer: £126.60 per day
Mileage is paid per mile for jobs outside of London.
Fire Door Maintenance Operative – Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fire door maintenance & repairs
- NVQ or equivalent qualification
- Valid CSCS Card
- Basic DBS Check
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- Own transport
- Own tools
- Able to cover works across London & Essex
Labourer – Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Basic DBS Check
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- Previous construction/site experience preferred
- Able to work across London & Essex
