Due to continued growth, my client is currently looking to recruit experienced Qualified Plumbers to join thier expanding Water Efficiency team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects, delivering water efficiency solutions for schools, businesses and public sector clients across the South of England region.

This is a field-based role involving regular travel to client sites, with occasional overnight stays.

You'll be responsible for carrying out water efficiency audits, plumbing installations, retrofit projects and maintenance works while representing the business to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct water efficiency surveys and audits at client sites.
  • Complete detailed survey reports and provide cost estimates for proposed works.
  • Install a range of water-saving washroom appliances and retrofit solutions.
  • Carry out first and second fix plumbing works on installation projects.
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance visits.
  • Produce accurate engineer reports following completion of works.
  • Manage vehicle stock levels to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Work occasional evenings or out-of-hours shifts to meet client requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Plumber with a completed apprenticeship.
  • City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum requirement).
  • At least 2 years' post-apprenticeship plumbing experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout East Anglia and the South of England, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing.
  • Experience within water efficiency or water conservation projects.
  • Commercial building or construction experience.
  • JIB CSCS Card (or willingness to obtain one with company support).
  • Project management or site supervision experience.
