The Role
You’ll be carrying out PPM servicing, fault finding, and repairs across occupied residential properties. This is a customer-facing role, so professionalism and communication are just as important as your technical ability. Your responsibilities will include:
- PPM servicing of fire alarm systems
- Fault finding & repairs within residential properties
- Working to BS5839-1 & Part 6 standards
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
- Completing reports using handheld devices
What You’ll Get

What You’ll Need
- Experience with analogue addressable & conventional fire alarm systems
- Strong understanding of BS5839 (Part 1 & 6)
- FIA training (or equivalent)

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (40 hours minimum)
- Regular overtime available (typically 45–50 hours)
- Weekend work + call-out rota available
