Responsibilities
- Collaborating with prospects to understand their needs and demonstrate how Constructor’s solution meets and exceeds expectations;
- Designing and outlining integrations while addressing all technical questions;
- Acting as a trusted advisor and technical point of contact;
- Providing industry thought leadership within internal meetings, prospect calls, webinars, and trade shows;
- Contributing to the product roadmap through feedback and market insights;
- Assisting in RFP and RFI responses and product training sessions;
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years in technical selling or consultancy, with expertise in selling advanced products;
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value and support the sales process from discovery to close;
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and resourceful mindset;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and empathy for prospects’ challenges;
- Experience with REST APIs, ecommerce, AI/ML, and JavaScript;
- Comfort presenting to prospects and partners, including C‑suite executives;
- French or German native speaker, located in Western or Central European time zones preferred;
- Self‑starter with ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross‑functionally.
Technical Expertise
- While hands‑on development experience is not required, a solid technical foundation is essential.
- Experience working with APIs, data structures, and software integrations is critical.
- Triage API requests using Postman and troubleshoot issues;
- Understanding of JavaScript and JSON to interpret challenges;
- Ability to explain AI, data science concepts, and integration methodologies to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products, services, and integration options to prospective customers;
- Support tailored Proof Schedules (lightweight POCs) that address specific prospect use cases;
- Collaborate cross‑functionally, share market insights, and contribute to product roadmap discussions;
- Work with the sales team to strategise and optimize sales approaches;
- Provide thought leadership within internal and external meetings;
- Confer with customers and engineers to determine system integrations and requirements (ecommerce, PIM, CMS, API);
- Assist with RFP and RFI responses and product training for new sales personnel;
- Stay up to date on company solutions, documentation, releases, and industry trends;
- Leverage knowledge to identify new business opportunities and enhance the company’s competitive position.
