We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager for new advertising product, Retail Media, who can dive deep into technical challenges and constraints with engineering; to understand prospective customer\'s pain points with sales; and coordinate ideal messaging with marketing - all while maintaining focus on our customers. This person will be as talented at communication as they are at analysis and user discovery. Recognizing that a product manager is more effective at leading through persuasion than decree, this individual is expert in artful communication across functional roles, teams, and personalities to influence company trajectory. Furthermore, the ideal candidate should be just as comfortable discussing product discovery and retail media internally as they are with external partners and current or prospective customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and own the end-to-end implementation of various product components of the new Retail Media offering, such as the bidding engine, campaign management, and advertiser management
  • Take ownership of lean delivery, conducting regular check-ins to ensure the project stays on track
  • Arrange sessions with relevant personas to ensure continuous discovery and optimal backlog prioritization
  • Prioritize and align requests and business needs for the new product, identifying each customer\'s unique needs and considering them as part of the versatile solution
  • Build a feedback loop with first adopters, ensuring their happiness and success in business metrics

  • Arrange sessions with relevant personas, to ensure continuous discovery and optimal backlog prioritization
  • Develop strategies and roadmaps with support from the director of product or fellow product managers
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure product success and alignment with overall business goals
  • Analyzing the team\'s stats on deliverables and regularly reporting it to the stakeholders
  • Enable sales for fast scaling of the product, providing necessary support and materials for the sales team

Qualifications
  • A minimum of four years of professional experience in product management, with a strong preference for advertising and retail media products
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships effectively, including external stakeholders
  • Background in Advertising, eCommerce, Retail, SaaS, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
  • Focus on empathetic communication and continuous improvement
  • A track record of building advertising solutions from scratch or scaling them 10x+
  • Experience in building ad networks and working closely with marketers is a strong plus
  • Experience in successful scaling of the new products is a strong plus
