Company Description: CD Office Interiors specialise in delivering high-quality office fit-out and interior solutions for commercial clients. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Procurement & Health & Safety Administrator to join our growing team based in our Old Harlow office.

Role Description: This is a varied and hands-on role supporting the smooth running of procurement, site administration, and health & safety processes across multiple projects. The successful candidate will play an important part in maintaining supplier and client relationships while ensuring projects are efficiently coordinated and compliant with health & safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing procurement activities including sourcing materials, obtaining quotes, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients to maintain strong working relationships
  • Preparing and managing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Supporting health & safety compliance across sites and projects
  • Organising site set-up documentation and administration
  • Managing project paperwork and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating shipping, deliveries, and supplier schedules
  • Assisting with general office and project administration duties
  • Monitoring costs and supporting purchasing processes
  • Ensuring deadlines and project requirements are met efficiently

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in procurement, construction administration, office fit-out, or a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of health & safety procedures and RAMS documentation
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience within construction or office interiors would be advantageous
