We are currently looking for a Site Manager for a job starting in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Duties will include looking after the site staff and ensuring everything is running smoothly while maintaining high health and safety standards onsite. Must have a valid SMSTS ticket, CSCS Card, and First Aid to be considered.
The role of the Site Manager is to manage and monitor the delivery of the specified site/block to time and budget, in a safe and effective manner. The Site Manager will be expected to manage, motivate, and oversee all site activities, define the site works strategy, and lead the site teams to ensure safety compliance.
Full-time opportunities are available, and we provide full training and continuous development to help you reach your potential. The right candidate will ideally have experience in fast track refurbishment and fit out of projects in the hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors.
Location: Various across the East of England and Midlands. Salary: £300 - £325 per day or shift rate of £250–£280 per shift depending on the project.
