The scheme will have over 400 units, all of which are RC Frame, in North London and have a build time of 2 years from start to finish.
As an Internals Site Manager you focus across the internals from 1st fix onwards for about 60 units.
As an Internals Site manager on site, you will be expected to programme, manage the timescales of the project, health and safety.
You must hold all the tickets to be based on site, such as SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and have a solid career history of delivering residential new build schemes from start to finish.
