As a Technical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing remediation works on legacy projects across the Group.
This integrated technical role encompasses both technical and project management responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
– Lead projects from bid or tender through to completion, acting as the technical authority.
– Oversee technical duties throughout all project stages, ensuring high standards and compliance.
– Provide post-completion technical support as needed
– Serve as the Client focal point and Construction Team Co-ordinator during the construction phase.
– Manage the planning and delivery of infrastructure, including services and landscaping.
– Coordinate the delivery of work and manage expectations of key stakeholders, including residential customers, external design consultants, and suppliers/contractors.
– Collate and review existing drawing information to establish accurate project data and specifications for prioritising remediation works.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
Experience in managing infrastructure planning and delivery is essential.
