Job Description
This leading residential developer, based in London is actively to looking for a Technical Managers for two new schemes it will be starting in the next two months.\\n\\nThe schemes vary in size from 320 to 640 units, one of which is a part refurbishment and RC Frame apartments and a new build rc frame scheme both have a mixture of Social and private sale. Sites are based South West London and South East London and have a build time of 4 years from start to finish, neither site has started as of yet.\\n\\nAs the Technical Manager, you will be based on site, as part of a Commercial, Production and Design Team. You will be manage the consultant engineers for all the design related issues and buildability of the project.
Ensure all the agreement and certificates are in placed to build the project. Manage the scope of the design and the quality of the build. Assist the Project Manager with all the timely information required to manage the timescales of the project to time and budget.\\n\\nYou should be currently working as a Lead Technical Manager for another residential developer or a highly experienced consultant engineer or architect who has seen residential schemes through from start to finish.\\n\\nThis company is going through a large-scale growth plan over the next five years and therefore there will be numerous opportunities for ambitious Technical Manager to progress their career with this expanding developer.
