A national housing developer are looking to appoint a Technical Manager to join their successful and award-winning region.

The developer is known for taking pride in the quality of their work and are offering a workplace that encourages you to progress and develop. There is a strong management team of Directors who believe in building strong departments across the business.

Geographically they cover the Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and East Anglia regions, although the region is expanding to other counties.

You will be responsible for 2-4 schemes depending on unit sizes and these will be a mixture of legacy sites and new schemes from planning consent through to design. This house builder only buys optimum sites and pays attention to the design and quality to make their product and brand stand out.

You will be responsible for project managing new developments from acquisition to final adoption.

This opportunity would suit applicants with previous experience within the housing industry and ideally with a degree in an engineering related subject. You need attention to detail, be organised and committed to working as a team to achieve a high level of quality and to deliver within project deadlines. It is essential that you have experience of working within a residential developer.

The basic salary this will be dependent on individual experience and previous work history along with a generous benefits package that includes pension, life assurance, company car/car allowance and bonus.
