This leading residential developer, based in London, is actively looking for a traditional residential-based Senior Site Manager for a new scheme it will be starting in the next two months. The scheme will be up to 150 units, all of which are traditional residential construction, in South West London and have a build time of 2 years from start to finish.
As the Senior Site Manager on site, you will be expected to programme and manage the timescales of the project, health and safety, and you will report into the lead Project Manager for the project. You must hold all the valid tickets to be based on site, such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS, and have solid experience delivering residential new build schemes from start to finish.
As this is a permanent position, you must be able to show a solid career history with a leading residential developer, with a great understanding of carpentry and joinery. This company is going through a large-scale growth plan over the next five years, and therefore there will be numerous opportunities for ambitious Senior Site Managers to progress their career with this expanding developer.
