Established for over 30 years with an annual turnover reaching more than 20m in the UK, they have continuously expanded and with an increase in demand for their innovative projects within the UK seek to appoint a key member of the commercial team.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be supporting and reporting to the Operations Director to ensure successful delivery of various metalwork projects. Therefore, your day to day responsibilities will vary from but are not limited to:
- Updating cost plans
- Measurements
- Providing written quotations
- Negotiating final accounts
- Meeting clients and Subcontractors
- Investigate, notify, and substantiate variations
- Good NEC contract knowledge
