Constructive Moves is collaborating with a leading Residential Developer/Contractor that is actively seeking a Senior Materials Buyer to join its expanding buying team. As a materials buyer, you will source all types of materials for various schemes, from RC Frame Apartments to traditional housing schemes within London.

As a Senior Materials Buyer, your main responsibilities will include negotiating terms with existing building suppliers and sourcing new materials from different suppliers when necessary. You should have at least 5 years of experience in a construction buying role, be able to interpret drawings, schedule materials to site, analyze quotes to secure the best prices, and place orders promptly to avoid delays in construction schedules.
