Quantity Surveyor, Central London\\n Up to £70,000 plus benefits\\n\\nOur client is an expanding specialist sub-contractor actively working in the façade sector working on a number of re-clad projects, offering the complete design, supply and installation of integrated façade and envelope solutions. With new project wins and more in the pipeline, they seek a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.\\n\\nReporting to the Commercial Director role will be to assist the project team with commercial functions on a number of current prestigious projects. Duties will include:\\n\\nassisting in all aspects of the financial control of the project\\nvaluations\\nmeasurements\\ncost reports\\nattending meetings\\nensuring that adequate cost monitoring and management is undertaken\\nco-ordinate and agree the production of final accounts with various parties\\nensure that project approvals and completions can be obtained at the required timesRequired Attributes and Experience\\n\\nThe ideal Quantity Surveyors will have a minimum of 5 years practical gained within a suitable specialist sub-contractor and preferably with experience of curtain walling, cladding, glazing and roofing.

Ideally you will have worked on re-clad projects already, but Quantity Surveyors who have worked with main contractors or other specialist sub-contractors will be considered if they are an adapt and capable Quantity Surveyor keen to gain experience in cladding and facade systems or working with a specialist sub-contractor on large build projects.\\n\\nYou will have a focused attitude, and excellent communication skills and must be able to work as part of a team and possess a high level of motivation. Ideally you will also have a degree or equivalent qualification.\\n\\nThe salary will be dependant on level of exposure to industry and can go beyond the stated level above for first class individuals. Bonus and additional benefits also make up the package.
