Constructive Moves have been instructed to source applicants for a Project Quantity Surveyor Opportunity with a privately owned, property developer to join their Special Projects team to focus on cladding and remediation works on legacy projects across the country. You will oversee residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and commercial projects and be responsible for reviewing and analysing procurement and construction budgets, including design delivery programmes for the wider construction team and subcontractors, and preparing monthly cost reports and reconciliations The role is offering a market comparable salary along with a benefits package and the opportunity to join an established commercial team.
