Overview

Constructive Moves is working with a leading London house‑builder renowned for high‑quality design, build and customer service to source a new Project Manager due to expansion of its Construction Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Manager role for a 250‑unit new build residential scheme in East London – an RC Frame apartment scheme – ensuring strict programme plans, time and budget compliance.
• Provide confident leadership across commercial, design, construction, sales and Health & Safety perspectives.
• Drive the site team to meet programme plans, time and budget while delivering excellent management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager within the house‑building/residential sector.
• All relevant certificates required and strong knowledge of all external build elements.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to drive the site team.
