Constructive Moves is working with a leading London house-builder with an unparalleled reputation for high-quality design, build and customer service to source a new Project Manager for expansion of its Construction Team.

As the lead Project Manager for this 290 new build residential scheme in Wembley (RC Frame apartment scheme), you will be accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget, driving the site team towards strict programme plans, and ensuring compliance with commercial, design, construction, sales and health & safety requirements. You must have a proven track record as a Project Manager within the house-building/residential sector, together with all the relevant certificates required.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide confident leadership across commercial, design, construction, sales and health & safety perspectives;
  • Manage site teams to meet programme, time and budget targets;
  • Oversee project delivery from conception through completion.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the house-building/residential sector;
  • Relevant certificates;
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to manage cross‐functional teams and deliver projects on schedule.
