Constructive Moves is working with a leading London house-builder with an unparalleled reputation for high-quality design, build and customer service to source a new Project Manager due to the expansion of its Construction Team.

As the lead Project Manager for this 250-unit new build residential scheme in East London, which is a RC Frame apartment scheme, you must have a proven track record as a Project Manager within the house-building/residential sector, together with all the relevant certificates required and strong knowledge of all the external elements of the build.

You must have the ability to provide confident leadership, especially from a Commercial, Design, Construction, Sales and Health & Safety perspective. On a personal level, they are looking for someone with excellent management skills who is able to drive your site team to strict programme plans, to time and budget.
