Constructive Moves is working with a leading London house-builder with an unparalleled reputation for high-quality design, build and customer service to source a new Build/Contracts Manager due to expansion of its Construction Team.

As a Build/Contracts Manager, you will report into the Construction Director and manage a portfolio of projects, 3-4 at any one time, which will include RC Frame apartments to Traditional Housing schemes from 100-250 units. You will be managing a team of Project Managers and Site Managers for each development.

You must have a proven track record as a Build/Contracts Manager within the house-building/residential sector, together with all the relevant certificates required. You must have the ability to provide confident leadership, especially from a Commercial, Design, Construction, Sales and Health & Safety perspective.

On a personal level, they are looking for someone with excellent management skills who is able to drive teams to strict programme plans, to time and budget.
