Typically, the housing developments will be circa 100 units and mainly of traditional or timber frame construction, so a strong understanding of the house building and construction process would be beneficial.

Strong communication with all departments will be encouraged to ensure commitment to deadlines are met and relationships are formed to build a collaborative working environment.

Time management and organisation skills will be a priority for this fast-paced environment due to the busy nature of the region and the strong pipeline of schemes coming into the business and moving into 2026.

Salaries will be dependent on level of experience, background and sector knowledge and will be discussed upon application.
