This team investigates and remedies buildings that have been developed by the organisation country wide with the aim to bring these buildings up to a safe standard for leaseholders and residents. In this role, you\’ll manage everything from the pre-construction phases to overseeing all legal, design, and planning matters. You\’ll also coordinate with our estimating, mobilisation, and construction teams. As a Development Manager, you\’ll need to bring together various skills and resources within the company. Plus, you\’ll be in charge of appointing and managing external consultants. Your goal? Ensure each development project is optimised through effective management.
