Constructive Moves are working with a leading Hotel and Hospitality Group who pride themselves on creating exceptional guest experiences. There portfolio boasts a diverse range of properties, from luxury hotels to full-service brands, and they are expanding rapidly. They are seeking a talented Construction Development Manager to help us bring our new developments to life.
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects within their portfolio. Reporting to the Development Director, you\’ll manage budgets, maintain timelines, and ensure high-quality standards while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Your strong background in Quantity Surveying, especially in the hospitality sector, will be invaluable.
Key responsibilities will include:
– Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments
– Managing project budgets and implementing cost-control measures
– Acting as the primary contact for project-related communications
– Overseeing tendering and contract negotiations
