This leading residential developer based in London is actively looking for 3 x Design Managers for three new schemes to start in the next two months. Schemes vary in size from 100 to 250 units, all of which have part RC Frame. Sites are based South London and have a build time of 3 years from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Based on site as part of a Commercial, Production and Design Team.
- Manage consultant engineers for all design related issues and buildability of the project.
- Ensure all agreements and certificates are in place to build the project.
- Manage the scope of the design and the quality of the build.
- Assist the Project Manager with all the timely information required to manage the timescales of the project to time and budget.
Qualifications:
- Currently working as a Design Manager for another residential developer or a highly experienced consultant engineer or architect who has seen residential schemes through from start to finish.
