This leading residential developer, based in London, is actively looking for a Technical Manager for two new schemes it will be starting in the next two months. The schemes vary in size from 250 to 400 units, one of which is a part refurbishment and RC Frame apartments and a new build RC frame scheme, both having a mixture of social and private sale. Sites are based in South East London and have a build time of 4 years from start to finish; neither site has started as of yet.
Responsibilities:
- As the Technical Manager, you will be based on site, as part of a Commercial, Production and Design Team.
- You will manage the consultant engineers for all the design-related issues and buildability of the project.
- Ensure all the agreements and certificates are in place to build the project.
- Manage the scope of the design and the quality of the build.
- Assist the Project Manager with all the timely information required to manage the timescales of the project to time and budget.
Qualifications:
You should be currently working as a Lead Technical Manager for another residential developer or a highly experienced consultant engineer or architect who has seen residential schemes through from start to finish.
