Constructive Moves is working on behalf of a leading residential developer that has just been awarded planning on a major new scheme of over 300 units of a RC Frame residential development. They are looking to source a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Commercial Team.
For this role, you will be office based in South London and working underneath a Commercial Manager. You should be able to run your own packages of work, which you would have tendered, agreed, and managed previously. You will be dealing with all the valuations and variations for your agreed sub-contractor packages that you will be managing.
You should hold a minimum qualification of HNC in construction. In the longer term, there will be the opportunity to manage your own schemes once you progress through the company. This company has an excellent reputation for promoting from within and has numerous large scale developments in its portfolio and a healthy pipeline of new developments.
