Assistant Site Manager

Overview This leading residential developer, based in London, is actively seeking 2 x Assistant Site Managers to join their current teams on projects in North London. The schemes vary in size from 200 to 400 units, are RC Frame, and have a build time of around 2 years from first fix through to practical completion (CMLs).Responsibilities Assist the Site Manager on site to help manage project timescales, health and safety, and coordination of subcontractors.Ensure on-site compliance with safety regulations and site procedures.Collaborate with the site team to deliver residential new build schemes from start to finish at Assistant Site Manager level.Requirements / Qualifications Tertiary site-based qualifications and tickets including SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS.Solid career history of delivering residential new build schemes from start to finish at Assistant Site Manager level.Experience on RC Frame residential developments in London is desirable.Willingness to work on projects in North London and be based on or near site locations.About the Company and Opportunity The company is undergoing a large-scale growth plan over the next five years, offering numerous opportunities for ambitious Assistant Site Managers to progress their careers with this expanding developer.
