Constructions R US is a growing design and build office specialising in extensions, refurbishments, and new builds primarily across the residential sector within the North West London region.
We are seeking a reliable and experienced General Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across a range of construction trades, capable of supporting various tasks involved in property development and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general building tasks including laying bricks, tiles, and building blocks to construct, repair, and decorate buildings.
- Pour and level concrete; prepare surfaces for painting and plastering; mix and apply plaster and paint.
- Install basic plumbing fixtures, woodwork fittings, and assist with setting glass in frames.
- Erect and repair fencing and carry out general maintenance and repair tasks on various structures.
- Support site preparation, general labouring, and tool handling.
- Assist joinery, plastering, and finishing teams as required.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organisation of work areas.
- Follow site health and safety regulations.
