What you'll do

  • Lead day-to-day facilities operations across London sites, ensuring high standards of safety, service delivery and compliance.
  • Support site budgets, R&M forecasting and capital projects, identifying opportunities to optimise costs and resources.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, contractors, suppliers and outsourced IFM providers to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Coordinate with Real Estate, Engineering, Security and HR teams to deliver integrated workplace solutions and initiatives.
  • Support risk management, emergency preparedness and regulatory compliance, proactively addressing operational issues.
  • Monitor site performance, identify service gaps and drive continuous improvements aligned with business and workplace objectives.

What you bring

  • Workplace or Facilities Site Lead experience, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Experience supporting budgets, forecasting and cost optimisation.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of building, health and safety regulations and workplace compliance.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and relevant facilities, accounting or electronic management systems.
