Our client is searching for a dynamic Repairs Scheduler to join their dedicated Repairs Team! About the Role:

As a Repairs Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless repairs service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently schedule and allocate repair works to trade operatives and external contractors, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Diary Management: Monitor and adjust daily diaries to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
  • Customer Engagement: Liaise with tenants to arrange convenient repair appointments, providing timely information regarding their home maintenance.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee fleet vehicle compliance, coordinating servicing and MOTs, while maintaining accurate mileage records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage repair works and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Raise and manage works orders in the housing system.
  • Process supplier invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
  • Support the Repairs Support Manager with reporting and KPI measurement.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in office administration and database management; knowledge of the housing sector is a plus!
  • Strong organisational and communication skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and external partners.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload.
  • NVQ level 3 or GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent); qualifications in database management or business administration are advantageous.
