In this role, you will take ownership of developing specifications across the UK Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration market. You will engage with Consulting Engineers, M&E Consultants, Architects, Developers and Contractors at the earliest stages of construction projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring the company's solutions are specified before projects reach tender.
You will act as a technical expert across HVAC and hydronic applications, advising customers on system design, product selection, installation and compliance. Alongside this, you will deliver CPDs and technical presentations, review drawings and BIM models and work closely with the wider sales team to convert specifications into profitable orders.

The Role:
- Driving product specifications across the UK HVAC, Heating, Plumbing and Building Services markets
- Developing relationships with M&E Consultants, Consulting Engineers, Architects, Developers and Contractors
- Securing specifications on commercial, residential, industrial and infrastructure projects
- Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and BIM models
The Person:
- Specification Manager, Specification Sales Manager, Technical Sales Manager or similar
- Background within HVAC, Heating, Plumbing, Building Services, Pipework, Valves or Mechanical Systems
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems
- Experience selling or specifying products through M&E Consultants and Consulting Engineers
- Full UK Driving Licence and happy to travel throughout the UK
