Regular travel and staying away required. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety delivering new build petrol forecourt and retail stores. You will have total autonomy, allowing you to take total control of sites.
This contractor specialises in delivering high-quality civils and groundworks schemes nationwide, with project values up to £2 million. Projects are mainly within petrol stations, car parks, EV chargers and retail stores. They're renowned for working with reputable brands like Starbucks, KFC, Greggs etc.
You will be number 1 on site reporting to the contracts manager. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, maintaining site safety, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are running to budget and deadlines.
This is a great chance for a Site Manager who likes to have variety by travelling to different sites working on different projects within an autonomous role where you can progress your career to Contracts Manager. This is a roaming Site Manager position so it is important you are willing to stay away from home; the company will offer a fully expensed van / electrical vehicle, overnight stay, holidays and private healthcare.
