We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Construction team based in Site Based.
Location: Site Based
Hours: Full-time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead construction projects up to £7m in value, working within our dynamic Construction team. You'll be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, whilst ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role offers the chance to make a real impact, working collaboratively with a supportive team and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What will you be responsible for?
- Leading and motivating site operational staff to achieve project goals
- Managing all aspects of construction including procurement, installation and commissioning
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders
- Implementing health, safety and environmental policies and best practices
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality expectations
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:
- You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification
- You have proven experience in a site management role
- You're an excellent communicator who can influence and collaborate at all levels
- You have a sound understanding of construction methods, health and safety, and risk management
- You're IT competent with knowledge of planning techniques and relevant software
