Pertemps Bristol are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager for one of our clients based in Bristol. This is a good opportunity if you have experience in lettings or property management and are looking for a more organised, supportive workplace with opportunities to progress.
You will manage your own portfolio of around 120 residential properties and be the main contact for landlords and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing tenancies and relationships with landlords and tenants
- Dealing with maintenance issues from start to finish
- Organising contractors
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing check-outs and deposit negotiations
- Making sure properties meet legal and safety requirements, including Gas Safety, EPC and EICR
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in lettings or property management
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Strong customer service skills
- A professional approach and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence
- ARLA/NAEA qualifications are helpful but not essential.
