EA Associates are working with an established Drylining and Suspended Ceilings contractor that is looking to strengthen its operational team with an experienced Project Manager.
The business has a strong pipeline of London-based work, predominantly across the commercial sector, and can offer long-term stability, good-quality projects and the support needed to deliver them properly.
You will take responsibility for projects from pre-start through to completion, managing the programme, site teams, labour, materials, quality and client relationships.
The Role
- Managing drylining and suspended ceilings projects across London
- Taking projects from initial handover through to completion
- Managing Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontract labour
- Monitoring programme, quality, health and safety and project performance
- Coordinating labour, materials and deliveries
- Attending progress meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with the commercial team on variations and project costs
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard
The Candidate
- Previous Project Management experience within drylining, suspended ceilings or interior fit-out
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction projects
- Confident managing multiple site teams and subcontractors
- Organised, commercially aware and comfortable dealing directly with clients
- Able to manage projects independently while working as part of a wider operational team
