We're looking for an experienced Housing Officer to manage a patch across Plymouth & South Hams.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Tenancy & housing management
- Customer queries and tenancy enquiries
- Tenancy sign‑ups & viewings
- Tenancy breaches & safeguarding
- Estate/community standards
- Resident engagement
- Working with internal teams & external partners
Essential:
- Social housing experience
- Tenancy, estate & housing management experience
- CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards
- Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle
- Strong customer service & organisational skillsBasic DBS required
- Right to work in the UK for the full contract
