An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Architect to join a medium-sized, award-winning architectural practice in Nottingham. The Role
You’ll lead projects from concept through to completion RIBA 0-7. You will manage project teams, coordinating consultants and ensuring successful delivery across all stages of the design process. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects through all RIBA stages
- Preparing and reviewing planning, technical and construction packages
- Coordinating clients, consultants and contractors
- Managing programme, quality and design delivery
- Ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and industry standards
- Mentoring junior team members
- Attending client meetings, design reviews and site visits
About You
- ARB registered Architect
- Minimum 5 years' post-Part 3 experience
- Proven UK commercial practice experience
- Strong design, technical and presentation skills
- Experience delivering projects from concept to construction
- Proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
