Your new role
You'll be carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within domestic properties, ensuring inspections are completed safely, accurately, and in line with current regulations. Duties include:
- Conducting EICRs in occupied and void properties
- Completing test certificates and inspection reports
- Identifying and recording defects and observations
- Managing your own patch and workload
- Delivering excellent customer service within residents' homes
- Working in accordance with BS7671 regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- AM2 Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- Previous domestic EICR experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
