We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on a student accommodation repairs and maintenance contract located just outside Loughborough.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for immediate work, with a project expected to last for approximately 2 weeks.
The Role:
- Internal painting and decorating works
- Repairs and maintenance within occupied and void student accommodation
- Making good and preparing surfaces
- Ensuring a high standard of finish at all times
Requirements:
- Previous painting and decorating experience
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Ability to work independently and to deadlines
- Reliable and available for an immediate start
