We're looking for Senior Electrical Site Managers to join our Kier Mechanical & Electrical team based in London.

Location: Site Based, Central London, Zone 1.

Hours: Full Time, Permanent, Some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Senior Electrical Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in managing the safe installation of electrical services on our projects. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll take the lead on electrical installations while supporting the broader Kier Mechanical & Electrical delivery model. This is an opportunity to bring your technical expertise to challenging and rewarding projects across sectors including custodial, commercial, and health & science.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Ensuring all works are planned with suitable risk assessments and carried out safely in line with Kier standards and UK law.
  • Managing the installation of electrical services, ensuring compliance with specifications, costs, and programme timelines.
  • Liaising with Engineers and Project Managers to coordinate site delivery and maintain quality control procedures.
  • Guiding and overseeing other supervisors and operatives, promoting a collaborative "one team" approach.
  • Maintaining accurate records of progress, materials, and site diaries to support project management.
