ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the on-shift lead, taking ownership of day operations in the absence of the estate management team, coordinating site staff and contractor activity, and keeping the building running smoothly and safely.
You'll be highly visible to residents, resolving queries with care, managing processes and compliance, and making sound decisions under time pressure.
You will balance service excellence with rigorous standards in health and safety, presentation and reporting.

- Maintaining the lobby, amenities, back-of-house areas and overall site presentation to premium standards.
- Ideally you will have a full UK driving licence and will be able to support with Valet duties.
