We are dedicated to providing exceptional Property Services and are seeking an experienced part-time (3 days per week) SALES PROGRESSOR to be part of our dynamic team.
The Sales Progressor Package:
- Basic Part Time Salary: £18,000 pa (Full Time equivalent £30,000pa)
- Plus, commission: 1% of all banked sales income including fee income from Mortgages and Solicitors
- On Target Earnings: £ pa
- Hours: Working three days per week in the office - flexible on days worked
- Petrol allowance £720 per annum payable monthly
- Telephone allowance £150 per annum payable monthly
The Sales Progressor Role:
- You will be responsible for co-ordinating the exchanges and completions of a high number of properties within the necessary time frames
- Responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisors
- Working to targets and goals
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Supporting the sales team as necessary
The ideal Sales Progressor candidate:
- Experienced as a Sales Progressor in Estate Agency or conveyancing
- Previous Estate Agency experience but would really prefer Monday to Friday working?
- Mortgage Processor or Financial Services Administrator experience
- Working in conveyancing in a firm of solicitors
The Sales Progressor experience:
- An excellent communicator, both over the phone and with written correspondence
- Excellent with IT
- Customer service skills that are second to none and able to work as part of the team
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Confident, resilient and have a "can-do" attitude
- Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
- Professional and able to work under pressure
