As the on-site House Manager, you'll be a reassuring presence, fostering a safe, supportive and sociable environment where residents feel listened to, independent and at home.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will be the go-to point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, ensuring the building is safe, well-run and warmly welcoming.
Most days you'll balance front-of-house support with practical checks, maintenance coordination and clear communication, keeping everything running smoothly and residents well informed.

- Carrying out regular building, safety and compliance checks, logging actions and maintaining records.
- Coordinating cleaning, repairs and maintenance with contractors, monitoring standards and access.
- Managing deliveries, keys, noticeboards and guest suite bookings with tidy, organised systems.
- Keeping communal areas presentable, reporting defects and following up to resolution.
- Communicating updates and arranging access for works, ensuring everyone knows what to expect.
