With a turnover of over £20 million, this Main Fit-out Contractor is seeking a Work winning Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience within fast track fit out CAT A & B and work with some of the most reputable Fit-Out Contractors.
Some of the key duties would include:
- Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build
- Site set up and strategy including logistics
- Planning
- Running the job as a number 1
- Daily site management and progress reporting weekly
- Check contractors RAMS for approval, tickets records and allocate inductions
- Check and approve benchmarks from contractors
- Manage client relationships and nurture existing accounts
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish
- Finish with attention to budgetary limitations
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience, must be able to travel into London and Hertfordshire, and hold CSCS, SMSTS & FIRST Aid Site certifications.
