Duties for the role of Project Architect include:

  • Lead and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
  • Manage projects effectively, coordinating design, technical delivery, and project programmes
  • Prepare and oversee planning applications and detailed building regulation packages
  • Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
  • Attend site visits and undertake surveys to monitor progress and ensure technical compliance
  • Lead project teams and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget

Skills and experience for the role of Project Architect:

  • ARB registered Architect with a recognised UK architectural qualification
  • Relevant post-qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
  • Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
  • Experience working on complex projects across a range of sectors, ideally including retail and commercial
  • Proficiency in Revit is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning processes and Building Regulations
  • Excellent design, technical detailing, and project coordination skills
