Duties for the role of Project Architect include:
- Lead and deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Manage projects effectively, coordinating design, technical delivery, and project programmes
- Prepare and oversee planning applications and detailed building regulation packages
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Attend site visits and undertake surveys to monitor progress and ensure technical compliance
- Lead project teams and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget
Skills and experience for the role of Project Architect:
- ARB registered Architect with a recognised UK architectural qualification
