Due to growth we are seeking to speak to Project Coordinators within the construction industry. You will be working alongside both project delivery & design teams to help ensure a smooth delivery of each project. Working on new build projects within the offsite construction industry, you can expect to be involved in delivering unique projects for a tier 1 contractor client base.
As a Project Coordinator you will:
- Work alongside Project Managers & Designers
- Collate all information needed across all departments for each project
- Travel to sites when required
- Input all relevant information inhouse for all departments to see
- Read from design & construction drawings
- Liaise with external suppliers & clients
We would welcome conversations with candidates who:
- Have a background in the construction sector (sub contractor experience preferred)
- Can communicate across all levels
- Understand building processes and programmes
- Are happy to travel to sites when required
- Are comfortable using different software packages
