We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to work on a busy social housing maintenance and refurbishment contract across Bolton.This is a temporary position offering ongoing work for the right candidate, carrying out repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties.
Your new role
- Basic joinery repairs and maintenance
- Patch plastering and making good
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Painting and decorating touch-ups
- General maintenance and multi-trade works
- Reactive and planned maintenance tasks
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard within agreed timescales
- Working professionally within occupied social housing properties
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a multi-trade role
- Strong skills across a range of trades including joinery, plastering, plumbing, and general repairs
- Experience working within social housing environments
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools
