We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bricklayer to join a busy social housing contractor working across Bolton and surrounding areas on a temporary contract.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson with experience carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied and void social housing properties.
Your new role
- General bricklaying and masonry repairs
- Repointing and patch repairs
- Repairing damaged walls, steps and garden walls
- Rebuilding brickwork and blockwork
- Structural and non-structural repair works
- Making good following remedial works
- Working within occupied and void properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Bricklaying (preferred)
- Previous social housing, maintenance or repairs experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
